Absolutely lovely! I received this kit from a friend for my birthday after mentioning I wanted to embark on an embroidery learning journey. It was so nice to have all the supplies included that I would need. I loved the videos, even though I did skip a few towards the end once I started to get a feel for things. I now stitch other designs and talk to myself in a New Zealand accent. :) highly recommend of you are new to embroidery to learn the basics! I do wish there were a few other stitches but this kit is great at giving you a good foundation to learn more stitches later on. :)

This was a fantastic way to jump into embroidery! Excellent value, and I followed the tutorial videos; the teacher did a fantastic job of explaining everything in a patient manner and ensures you the opportunity to practice or jump in head first!

I absolutely loved this beginner embroidery kit! The video tutorials were clear, easy to follow, and gave me the confidence to learn each stitch at my own pace. There was plenty of extra thread included, so I never had to worry about running out while practising. This was my very first embroidery project, and although it's not perfect, it's definitely progress. I had so much fun making it and will definitely be ordering another kit. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to give embroidery a try! 🪡🌸

I am new to the embroidery world & Clever Poppy has been the BEST at teaching me! This pattern was my second Clever Poppy beginner's kit and I truly enjoyed it. So much fun! I loved doing this. Instructions and videos super clear and easy for a 100%beginner like me. My final project came out beautifully, not perfect, but beautiful anyway. The materials are the best quality. I’m working on the flower and bee dish towel now. I love it! I’m obsessed!

i was surprised at how well this turned out by my own hand but it was definitely because the extremely easy to follow videos. julie is so sweet and was easy to follow and listen to. i struggled with getting my hoop tight enough but i read another review that suggests i might have been using the wrong hole in the hoop. i finished this in just a few days and only had to undo a couple french knots i started ;)

This was such a fun beginner kit for learning embroidery. The videos were easy to follow with clear step-by-step instructions. I had so much fun doing all the beginner stitches. The woven roses and the chain stitch were my two favorites. I can’t wait to get started on the other kit I bought! I think I found my new hobby!

I bought this kit on a whim, and I’m so glad I started with it! I feel so confident now about knowing so many kinds of stitches, and I’m so proud of my finished product. The video tutorials were delightful to watch, and they were perfectly broken up to help you do just a little at a time (whenever you can sneak in a few minutes here and there!) Loved this, would absolutely recommend!

I really enjoyed the Floral Stitch Sampler Beginning kit & it was a great introductions to stitches with terrific tutorials—even if it was tedious to have what could have been 7 videos chopped up into 7x that—but the offerings are a bit Pollyanna midwestern housewife for my tastes. Would be great if they offered a wider array of kits to appeal to a broader audience.

I am not particularly artisticly skilled and was shocked at how good this came out. It was my first ever attempt at any kind of embroidery. I wish the videos had an option to fast forward or rewind within the video, but other than that everything was great and detailed!

This was my first time cross stitching ever. The kit was great quality. The videos were thorough and easy to follow. The progress over perfection message was helpful, especially as a first time cross stitcher. Definitely recommend.

Great from start to finish! Easy to follow along with the videos. They were very thorough but easy to skip around to what I needed more instruction on. Wonderful quality product!

Materials supplied are of good quality. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow (I am a non native English speaker). The embroidery itself was suited for an absolute beginner.
