Each pack contains five pieces of square Cotton Fabric in White (27cm x 27cm)
I've tested dozens of types of material so that you don't have to! This 100% Cotton Fabric material has a fine weave that is perfect for embroidery and a nice white finish that will provide a great contrast against your threads to really make them 'pop'.

Fulfilment method and times
Your order will be dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification of the order being processed. Then once your order has arrived in your country and been received by the local courier network, you will receive an updated shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking number once it is ready.
Shipping address
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. Please be certain that the address provided is a physical address. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Fulfillment times
Our warehouse will endeavour to fulfill your order within 1 business day. However during busy times this may increase to 1-3 business days.
Issues regarding delivery
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However the actual delivery date may be affected by weather and other external factors. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@cleverpoppy.com If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I had my son draw his own characters and he has been stitching a special gift together with me for my husband for Fathers Day. In my opinion this is way cooler because it’s a gift he can keep forever. It also captures my son’s handwriting in time.

I was so excited to order the hoops because the ones that come in the kits have such a nice weight to them and I was disappointed because they felt like the ones that I have ordered off Amazon.

This is great fabric that you can count on to be easy to stitch, and you can double up if you want it less see through.

I love this fabric. Such high quality. I’ve tried other fabrics but nothing compares and this makes needlework so satisfying and enjoyable. Plus having it precut is honestly so good.
I tried using other fabric and I didn’t care for the quality. It seemed like the threads in the fabric would split apart. Clever Poppy’s fabric pieces are much better quality, thicker and stronger.

Great first time experience
This is literally just white fabric cut into a square with a crinkle scissors. It’s not even the right shape for napkins or tea towels. Not good

Every single thing I have purchased, and every lesson I have watched with Clever Poppy has been top notch.
